Hello everybody around, as we  know we have started a new stage in our deserted blog in which, we will share everything we entry as it must be the very meaning of a blog indeed. In fact, my new entry is the result of the fact that I know some of you are watching around and willing for new informaton that improve your wisdom or just make you spend a nice blogging journey.

I have been thinking about something tha we could all share and enjoy, something easy, cheap and just wonderful, and it cames to me. My new entry have to be a recipe and specifically a dessert, one easy to make and just lofty to eat.

                          QUESADA

INGREDIENTS

1         package of cheese " quesitos "                                                      140 gr. sugar

1/2      l. milk                                                                                           liquid caramel

1/2      l. cream                                                                                        biscuits " soletilla "

2         curd bags

.  Get the sugar,1/4 milk and the 2 curd bags into the mixer bowl and stir until you get an uniform mixture without lumps.

. In a pot, put the cream, the milk left and the mixture we made in the mixer. Heat up to the boiling point while stirring to prevent sticking, move away and let it rest a couple of minutes.

. Get a container and cover the botton with liquid caramel, pour the hot mixture we have standing and put the biscuits over it.

.  Let it chill and put it in the fridge for two o three hours.

. Once chilled, put a plate above the container and turn it as you usually do with a spanish omelette in order to place the dessert on the plate.

I hope you all enjoy it.Please let me know.
